1991 PURSUIT 21 CC W/ 2000 YAMAHA 225 OX66 EFI- SALVAGE Picture(s) and Description:

This is a 1991 Pursuit 2100 Center Console with 2000 Yamaha 225 OX 66 EFI. It is a salvage as it sunk at the end of last season. As you can see from the pictures this is a very desirable and good looking center console with a great reputation. Before I give you all the details about the boat I must say this boat is in great shape for a sunk boat and needs very little work to be put back in service. This will be a great project for someone that is handy at wiring as that is really all that will need any work on the entire boat. The engine was serviced very soon after sinking with extreme care as it runs perfect and is cleaner than most outboards that have not sunk. If I did not tell you the outboard got wet you probably would never know. I test ran it for an hour on a pre-mixed tank and it ran as if it were new. I pulled all the connectors apart and there is no corrosion in any of them. We also did a compression test and all 6 cylinders were between 120 and 118 lbs. The only parts that have any corrosion on the enggine are the couple of positive posts on the trim and starter solenoids but even they are not bad at all. The Yamaha gauges on the dash still work perfect so I am not sure how wet they got. The boats gel-coat got scratched up on the starboard corner but the scratches are shallow and can be sanded and buffed out. The decal on the stb. corner will need to be replaced as well. The port side bow got a few small chips but they are very minor. The large lid in the stern for the in deck baitwell is missing. Really all the boat will need is new electronics and all the wire ends re-spliced or replaced, fuel tank/oil tank flushed, and a few odds and ends. The controls and hydraulic steering are in perfect working order and the key still starts the outboard with both yamaha gauges still work fine. If you think about it , most boats this age could use a re-wire and new electronics by now anyway. Other features include a Yamaha polished ss prop, Atlantic towers T-top with frp hardtop with gold rod holders, trim tabs and Sea-star hydraulic steering. The outboard is a left handed rotation in case you did not notice from the prop. I took a ton of pictures so you can see the condition for yourself. The trailer in the pics. is not included but I can sell you a new tandem axle aluminum bunk for $2200.00 if you need one. If you need it transported we can deliver anywhere for $1.50 per hauled mile.
