Just as a reference, I want to try to explain my rating system throughout my description of this boat. At the end of the description, I try to give an "overall" rating. This rating is a number on a scale of 1 to 10. A 1 would describe a boat that you would find in a local outside junk yard that is completely full of deterioration, contamination, and damage. A 10 would describe a brand new boat or yacht with zero hours on it and basically right off the showroom floor. So a good condition boat that has had average use and care, would be somewhere between a 6 and 8.

You are looking at a very nice Stamas Yachts 250 Tarpon in excellent condition. If you re not familiar with these boats, they are a superior made vessel with an excellent history. You can read more about these boats here. Once you become familiar with Stamas, you will understand the value in these boat is longevity. This boat will last a lifetime. This boat is in exceptional condition for it's age. She has twin Yamaha 150hp four stroke motors with low hours. They run perfect, start perfect, compression is perfect, just a very nice set of motors! This boat is absolutely loaded with electronics. She has everything you need to take her fishing with the Lowrance GPSMap Chartplotter/Sounder, iCom VHF Radio, and a Clarion Stereo system, what else could you need? Just about everything on the boat works correctly, Nav Lights, Horn, Spreader Lights, Bilge Pumps, Raw water Pump, Live Well Pump, Deck lights, etc. This is not a project boat. This boat is ready to take offshore tomorrow. She runs like a top and starts in an instant. Great fishability with this layout as well. Tons of room for fishing in rear or front. Huge Fish boxes! Large Live Well in Transom. Transom Door design allows you to pull in the big ones without having to hoist them over the gunwales, a great bonus for this size boat! This boat features the digital Yamaha Gauges in the dash as you can see in the pics. These motors only have 367 Hours on them and it shows. This has been a low use boat and is ready to be fished now! I have had this boat in the water myself and she runs and handles beautifully! We of coarse do a compression test on every boat that is in our inventory and this one came out perfect. The readings on this motor was between 130lbs and 135lbs on all cylinders. Bid on it accordingly. We store our inventory indoors to keep them protected from the sun and keep them clean. Clearly this boat was very well cared for. The cockpit is in excellent condition. Also available with this sale is the Allstar Dual Axle Aluminum Trailer shown in these pictures.
