Buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, when applicable, as well as the title/registration in the state the vessel will be registered. Contact seller for any questions regarding additional fees and taxes.

Buyers of boats and Personal Water Crafts are responsible for pick up or shipment of their purchase. MarineMax will not arrange for shipment of these types of purchases, but can refer you to a reputable shipping company upon request.

If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of the auction or the balance is not paid in full within 15 days, we reserve the right to re list the vessel or sell the vessel to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
