She runs excellent and has no problem handling the waves. I took her out just 2 days ago in 2 foot seas and she handled like I was on a lake. Top speed was about 40 to 42 depending on headwind. This Yamaha motor runs good and sounds perfect, no misses, no unusual noises, nothing. I flush it out with fresh water anytime I have had this boat out. This motor is under full factory Yamaha Warranty until March of 2013! We always do a compression test and this motor was perfect.
