All auction sales are final. All auction sales require a deposit of $1000 within 24 hours of auction close. We do not use PayPal, as we have our own merchant account. You may call our F&I department at the end of the auction at 1.800.974.9111 to make your deposit via phone. Dealer retains any and all incentives. Extended warranty promotions are passed on to the winning bidder. We will work with you on pick up times, etc, but bear in mind; this is a new boat. Often times these boats are still in plastic and are not rigged until the auction ends. Within that, we do require a little bit of time to rig and prep your boat for delivery. We have a full service staff and, therefore, we have the means and manpower to get your boat ready as quickly as possible. Generally speaking, we like to have our Ebay purchases paid in full and picked up within 21 days.

Financing is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please do not bid if you do not have the means/financing to purchase this boat. We do offer bank financing; however those arrangements/approvals must be made prior to bidding. Sales tax in Indiana is 7% and, according to state law, we must collect it on any sale regardless of where the purchaser is from. However, most states will credit you the sales tax paid in Indiana against the sales tax you will pay in your home state when it comes time to register/title your boat in your home state. It is always the best policy for you to contact your BMV/DMV in your home state to understand what credit you are entitled to prior to bidding. Please do that prior to bidding, as our F&I staff will not be able to do that for you due to the various laws that exist in all 50 states. Simply put, it is solely your responsibility to know what the tax ramifications are for your particular state but you will be required to pay 7% Indiana sales tax on this purchase.
